Had a great time speaking with the cashier. She mentioned being short staffed but I let her know she was alright with me. This is in EC so...... you should know what to expect. More of grab n go place, no place to sit down and eat but I promise you won't make it to the car without driving into your plate of food. There's a bit of everything on the menu including stuff not shown online. Wings with sauce was good, polish boy was good n so was the whiting.

Authentic soul food very delicious and plentiful portions. It wasn't a bad wait for food after ordering.Parking: It's street parking.

The younger staff member was not very polite, and my family and I waited over 1 hour and 10 minutes only to find out that our order had never been placed. By the time we finally received our food, it had been a total of 1 hour and 54 minutes. I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The older woman with dreadlocks and glasses was extremely unfriendly. After she took the order from the customer in front of me, she completely ignored my presence. She didn’t even glance my way, even though I could tell she saw me. She just kept looking down, walked away, and returned to the window without acknowledging me at all. It would have been nice if she had at least said something like, “I’ll be with you in a moment.” If Kim's Wing had been open, I would have gone there instead. I only stayed because I had guests in town who were looking for wings, and they mentioned that the wings at Kim’s are better. Someone really needs to remind that woman to smile and be a bit more polite!
