Moe's Southwest Grill - Cleveland

The Burritos are great!!! My wife was for a week and a few days at the Cleveland Clinic and my family and I have eaten almost every day in the cafeteria! You have a great variety, but my son wants to get a Moes Southwest Grill Burrito every day. A few days he had two! He says they're one of his most popular Burritos. He doesn't like it when his Burritos are dirty, and he says that the ladies in this store do a good burrito that is not dirty. With all this I had to try them! They have a great taste, and I like the way the ladies fold them. It's almost like art! Roll Wrap Foil Wrap! Open it! I'm not sure if this is the true Moe process, but in the end Burrito sees and tastes great! We will definitely come back!

There four times, while daughter at the clinic. The food was good, has nothing to do with waiting. There were 3-4 people while I was there and all were very rude for me. But the food was good. Four stars based on food, not on personnel. The staff would have earned a zero.

Good food, but service should be improved. It is located in the dining area on the H building 1st floor. You will find Metro and Aladdin-Esserei in the same area. Also find the main campus H-building cafeteria, which is open 24 hours.

A mixed experience here. The overall product is pretty good, but they charge extra for chips and salsa unlike most locations and the service is not so big and occasionally rude. I understand that this place is very busy during peak hours, but that does not excuse bad service for those who do not trust with all options at Moe's. My parents are older and sometimes a little confused, they didn't have to be shot by the cashier. I would like to add, there is an extensive cafeteria in this hospital building near Moe's with many options, including a subway, a pizza place, Aladdin's cafe and a place that serves a large breakfast. Have much better experience with these other options on CCF's campus.

A place that you can get very average Mexican food and the price is reasonable. Customer service iand competence are about what you can expect from any food service worker at the clinic. 90% seem upset and don 't want to be there. I get their jobs probably suck, but they don 't have to work there.
