McDonald's - Cleveland

The service at this McDonalds is usually very good.

I'm not sure why there are only 2 stars for this McDonald's.

Most of the time the machines work and the staff is friendly I normally don’t have to wait too long depending on my order. My food hasn’t always been freshly made but also its not like I’ve received old food either, and if I’m not happy about something they are willing to fix any issues.

The cashier boy he was white and had glasses and black hair. He was very polite, and got my order quickly. He smiled and seemed happy. And my cookies were so good.

Got my double quarter pounder custom and it was delivered to my table hot and fresh and they did not forget the cup for the combo. Fries fresh and crispy. My drink was good from the fountain. Bathroom was pretty clean. No paper towels, only air dryer, so water everywhere basically. The lobby was a bit messy, with counters and tables left without wiping down, even though most everyone was not dining in. Positive experience. If they would send someone to wipe down tables more often or to at least check if they need wiping, they would be a 5 star McDonalds in my eyes.
