Mcdonald's - Cleveland

If I could rate it lower, I definitely would. They now have kiosks instead of a staff member taking orders. You place your order at the kiosk and if you’re not using a credit or debit card, you have to wait to pay before they start making your food. The staff is busy cooking in the kitchen and managing the drive-thru. I won’t be returning. Food: 3/5.

Some of these McDonald's locations seem to lack care in their food preparation. For example, the chicken nuggets that used to be nice and crispy are now often served cold. Even if they claim to make food fresh, it's not always the case. I particularly think that the location on Clark Avenue is quite nice, but their food quality has room for improvement.

I would not recommend this McDonald's. You might think I'd learn after the first ten bad experiences, but I keep going back for the breakfast. However, today was the last straw. I ordered two sausage McMuffins, but they arrived without any sausage. When I called to complain, no one answered at first. After multiple attempts, I finally got in touch with a woman who seemed confused and asked, "What?" It was clear she didn't even realize she was working for McDonald's. I suggested she could note my name for a free sandwich, but she said she couldn't do that. What is going on? The app is frustrating, and this experience was just as disappointing. If you order from here, make sure to check your food carefully; my orders are almost always wrong.

They know that these workers do as much as a factory worker or as we blue collar workers and they can not even make a meal right. I get sick and tired of these ignorant people who get these jobs and pure lazy. every time I roll this mcdonalds everyone is thrown off with a good time and the place smells like a depo. to make everything from the manager is useless

They forgot the patty on my nieces cheeseburger. Not cool
