Leavened - Cleveland

What a fantastic bakery! There are so many delicious items to choose from, and it would be exciting to try them all. So far, my favorite is the chocolate croissant, but I couldn't eat any more without disappearing!

One of my favorite spots in Cleveland. The staff is always very friendly, the coffee is always perfect, and the chocolate croissants are so delicious that you'll find it hard to resist ordering more!

What an incredible little coffee shop! We happened to come across this place by chance, and I had never heard of it before. It’s bright, sparkling clean, and definitely worth the visit. The cappuccino is fantastic, and we also ordered some cookies and took home a delicious bread. The staff were really friendly too. I highly recommend this spot!

If you are a broth lover, this is your broth sky! a self-announced broth lover I loved! They have daily specialties and today it was curry squash focaccia and tomatensuppet! we also ordered a brombeer peach budding and loved it so much we have a few more to go! Apart from the stuffed brotsorte like handpillen, croissants, cruffins and focaccia they also had brote and baguettes! if I had to come something nitpick, I would have said that I wish my focaccia was warm again or if they loved it!

I wish I could give 2083284/5 stars. I have lived all over the place and I'm quite a foodie especially a breakfast foodie. I will also add that I did live in France for some time and became quite a croissant connoisseur. Leavened is the place I will come back to again and again for all things sandwich, bread, coffee, croissant, and cookie related. I require a chocolate chip cookie from Leavened at least 3x monthly. I tend to stock up on their sourdough and pain de mie for sandwiches. I also love grabbing their cruffins if I want to bring something to a baby shower, family gathering, or brunch. My most recent favorite was a vegan tomato sandwich made with local heirlooms. I live in the historical tremont neighborhood and walk over frequently. this is a must, whether you're visiting or are a townie. Check it out!
