Hatfield's Good Grub - Cleveland

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Chastity, who also served as our waitress. She truly enhanced our lunch with her friendliness and knowledge, offering great food recommendations. It was our first visit to this restaurant on Sunday, June 4th.

The atmosphere and service were exceptional. The food was quite good as well. The owner took the time to visit each table to check in on how everything was going.

The waitstaff was a bit short-handed, but that’s understandable given the circumstances. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. I was very pleased!

I'm originally from Oklahoma, and since 2015, the three foods I've missed the most are traditional Mexican street food (I've found a couple of Mexican markets in Cleveland), tender cube steak chicken fried steak, and authentic Southern soul food and barbecue. This place satisfies my cravings for the last option in a way that's truly indescribable—the flavors and quality are exceptional. The atmosphere and staff are also fantastic. You just have to go here. It’s simply amazing!

The food and atmosphere were outstanding. The staff was friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this place to my family and friends!
