Fulin's Asian Cuisine - Cleveland

Fulin's is a bit more expensive compared to other Asian restaurants in the area, but the quality of the food is definitely worth it. Their sushi, entrees, and appetizers are all amazing. I highly recommend Fulin's to anyone who enjoys authentic Asian cuisine. They also offer a nice variety of more Americanized dishes for those who prefer them.

My husband and I went to Fulin's today and enjoyed delicious Japanese rolls, along with excellent service from Ashley. We were even surprised with some drinks "to go" by Ashley. I had the Smoky Mountain Roll and my husband had the spider roll, both of which were delicious. This is our favorite restaurant in Cleveland, TN due to the exceptional service and food. My husband tried the Cashew Chicken and really enjoyed it, while I typically order the Tuna Lover Roll. This time, I asked for some hot sauce and our server kindly let me sample three different options. In addition, Fulin's also offers a great vegan menu.

The food is good for the most part. Once one accepts that Fulin's is really an American restaurant serving Asian dishes, a good time will be had. I, apparently, was asking a bit too much of the place, hoping that it would fill some culinary gaps in the Cleveland Tennessee landscape. I wouldn't bother ordering the steamed dumplings, they just aren't really up to it. And there is no a la carte menu or selection for sushi. What they offer on the menu is how you can order it, and that's it. But, this isn't really a negative review. The people are friendly and, as I said before the food is good.

Sushi was excellent, I suggest the Spider Roll. The egg drop soup was very good as was The miso. Described by a 12 year old: ' explosion of flavors, first is the sweetness of the eel sauce and dont forget the rice and wrap. But then the meat is really really savory and a tiny bit bitter. There is a crunchy part that is like really crunchy chips, it 's a treat for your mouth! ' In short, we will be back for another sushi mother daughter date.

A dedicated vegan menu was the reason we loved Fulin's. We didn't have to sift through the menu and find the vegan choices, they already did it for us. Our waitress was very nice and attentive and the food was amazing. Clean, friendly and delicious. First time here but not the last.
