Cottage House - Cleveland

I was informed that they prioritize customers in the restaurant and at the drive-thru for takeout orders, and that they would get to me when they could. An hour later, I received my food, but my order was wrong—I didn’t get my rolls, and one plate wasn’t even what I had ordered. The food itself was good, but the customer service could use some improvement.

The food is delicious and has a home-cooked feel. The staff is friendly, and you really get great value for your money!

During our visit to Cleveland around dinner time, we stumbled upon this amazing restaurant, and we couldn't have been happier. We had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was inviting, and the place was spotless. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. It felt like I was dining at my grandmother's table. The banana pudding was especially delightful. Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back!

This restaurant was recently acquired by a friend of my son, and it has been transformed to an entirely new level. The food is consistently hot and delicious, but what stands out the most is the staff. It's clear that he treats them well because they go above and beyond to ensure cleanliness, prompt service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I had a busy Friday. You can either wait in line for cafeteria service or order from the menu board. I enjoyed the catfish; it was well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. The vegetables were also good, and the servers were very friendly. The gentleman behind me had the flounder and mentioned that it's one of his favorite dishes.
