Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe food has been consistently good. However, the customer service experience for both dine in and online carry out has been lackluster at best. My most recent experience involved an online order. When we went to pick up the order, the CBC Flatbread I ordered was not included. No one bothered to call or text prior to me picking up the order to mention it was not available. No one even mentioned it once I arrived. It was only after looking in the bag that I realized it wasn't there. No one attempted to make an effort to make things right or simply apologize. I was told a refund would be credited to my account for the Flatbread. This will take some days for my account to reflect the credit. When attempting to order something else, the staff walked away to do something else. Under a time constraint, I left. This could have been avoided if someone was considerate enough to simply communicate in the first place. I have overlooked the long waits and lackluster customer service in the past because the food is good. However , my patience has run out. The food isn't that good for poor treatment and service.
Breakfast is my favorite meal and I enjoy CBC. Well priced, good portions, food is good. Absolutely in love with the grits ?

I have been to this establishment on several occasions and have had no complaints. Even when the service was a bit too slow for my liking, there were no complaints. Today was different however. I ordered online and purchased shrimp and grits, a flatbread pizza, and a pancake. When I arrived to pick up my food, I noticed the bag was quite small and figured they just managed to get everything in one bag. I went back to my car to make sure everything was in there, and noticed my flatbread was missing. Thinking the server just missed a bag, I went back in and told another server that my order was missing the flatbread. I was told that they did not have any flatbreads available, and this was co-signed by another server next to him. No one called me to let me know, even though my number was left on the online order. Not even when I walked in did someone inform me. It took me a second trip to learn about an item that was not even available. I was told by the same server that my food was comped (which I will not know for certain for a few days due to my bank), and if I wanted something in place. To my understanding this would have been a complimentary meal given the inconvenience of all this in the first place, but the server told me my total would be $14 and some change. When I mentioned/asked if this could be comped given the circumstances , I was told no since my food was already comped. I did not have my card, so was forced to go to the car a second time and grab my mother’s card. When I entered the now third time, the server was back to managing the service window. I waited about 5-7 minutes for someone to come back to the front before I gave up and left. The food has always been good, but I will always uphold communication and customer service in a business as a top priority. This was unfortunately the straw that has broken the camel’s back, and I will not be back.
Food was amazing and perfect taste. I'll keep you in mind next
