Absolutely terrible. I went in and the place was a catastrophe. whoever did the line well called a to another employee b to get back to work while the line was waiting for a customer to add to fb. (very important) she finally had to take my order and instead of helping my man who was right behind me, she asked the person behind him for his order that splits everything and confused all so that it helps even more. a worker was so incredibly rude for all employees and customers (except their friend in the line they added to social media lol whoever was working cashier was very sweet and apologetic and was also confused by the actions of their employee. we came home and opened our commands that were throwing together. almost literally. then we had to dig through our burrito and bowl to pick up all rocky crisp pinto beans. as soon as they came, the meal was decent, but let's be honest. after this experience not much to enjoy.
Probably the worst place in ne ohio. always eat out, vinaiigrette, crispy tacos, the half of the time they go and they will tell them that they do not miss. Why do you even disturb the door unlocked? covid really messed this place. make them fall down and go around the block to ohio city burrito for their 9 dollar escape. at least worth it
Service was terrible no drinks no chips no salsa no cash no election campaign asado, although it was advertised, as they were welcomed. do not store them very well, if I had not crispy in a time I would have hired in fighting among themselves have a lump guacamole that was actually 2 large pieces immature avocado.
I would give this location zero stars if I could. The workers are RUDE. And when they are out of something and you order online, they just let you order it anyway and pay for it and then not put it in your bag or tell you. Then when you receive your order and it's wrong because they don't have something, they tell you it's not their problem and you have to request a refund via their app or by calling. Also, every time I request double or extra ingredients I NEVER get it but always am charged for it. Pictures attached. I ordered a bowl with extra rice, extra pinto beans, double chicken, and lettuce, chips and queso, and received a half empty bowl and no chips. But I definitely was charged for all of it.
