Chili's Grill - Cleveland

Just chillies is an amazing place to stop and hang out and they absolutely have some great food here. The bar is awesome as well. The staff is absolutely amazing and the hard-working crew. You see them going and going and going. They are friendly and definitely make the time there worth it. They make fast food feel like home. I really enjoyed the food and the staff and I would definitely go there every chance I get. Clean facility, good food and good atmosphere.... What more could you possibly ask for? I would definitely recommend this place!

The Shrimp Alfredo was awful! It tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The sauce was think and pasty. The shrimp was ok.

I'm normally never one to have a problem with a restaurant experience, but this place is hands down the worst consumer experience I have ever had. The wait for a table in an almost empty restaurant was 20 minutes and everything that followed was an additional 30+ minutes. No refills offered and when asked multiple times for refills and to go boxes, they never came.. The worst was at the end of the meal, they explained that they had mixed up our ticket with another tables and expected us the pay the bill for that table because the party that had mistakenly paid ours had left... I have never seen such poor management as an employee or customer. After an almost 45 minute discussion with the manager on duty, I finally got the check sorted out but I was met with hostility throughout the entire thing. The food was not terrible but absolutely not worth the hassle of this place. This fiasco took my party and I 2.5 hrs to get through on what was supposed to be a weeknight dinner..

The whole place looked dirty. Seen several cob webs. The woman's bathroom was very dirty. From the toilets to the doors not closing properly. Finger prints all over the windows and glass. This was at 11am and we were the first customers there. Also my silver ware in the packets were still wet. From the bathroom to the kitchen hallway I could see how dirty the kitchen floor was. Again you all had just opened and it already looked this dirty.

I love the atmosphere, and food was delicious, was not over priced and small portions , like some other high end restaurants I've been in lately , since 2020 service at a restaurant has went downhill fast but this place is 5 stars, would come here before outback or olive garden ANYDAYFood: 5/5
