Bourbon Street Barrel Room - Cleveland

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. The drinks were so tasty that we had to order another round, which were also delicious. Our appetizer arrived quickly and the sauce was especially tasty. I wish I had known I could purchase some to take home. Our meals were also very satisfying - I could only finish half of mine but it tasted just as good the next day when I reheated it. I was tempted to go back and get another one because the pulled chicken was absolutely delicious.

My friends and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday just before the busy dinner rush, and had to wait about 45 minutes for a table. Luckily, we were able to grab seats at the bar before our buzzer went off, where we ordered drinks and food. The atmosphere was quite lively both upstairs and downstairs, so I would recommend it for a group outing rather than a romantic date night. However, the bar area is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy drinks and appetizers. Patrick, our bartender, provided excellent service, as did the rest of the staff. Despite it being a busy night, our food arrived quickly and was delicious. We tried the hush puppies and alligator bites for starters, and the shrimp grits and jambalaya for our main courses. We were impressed by the Cajun cuisine, which was a new experience for us. I would definitely return to this restaurant and bring along friends to share in the unique food experience.

We recently visited New Orleans Feels with family visiting from Arizona. The food and service were excellent. Liz, our server, went above and beyond to make our experience special as we celebrated Grandma's birthday. It was our first time dining here, but it will not be our last. We highly recommend this restaurant!

So happy we gave this place a try while we were in town. I loved everything here from the atmosphere to the service. All around everything came together to make a great dining experience. The menu does have a lot of options to choose from so anyone could find something to eat. The only drawback is that we weren't offered a kids menu while dining. Nonetheless, our child is 10 y.o. so we were able to make it work. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience. With optional seating areas, happy hour and great food you won't be disappointed.

Nice spot to go to for New Orleans styled food. The drinks are definitely strong, food was good. Service was great as well. Definitely recommend if you want a good meal and drink to watch some games or just to eat.
