Biggby Coffee - Cleveland

I genuinely wanted to rate this place highly, but unfortunately, the woman who prepared my coffee was exceedingly rude, which affected my overall impression. Her harsh demeanor made me uncomfortable, and because of this experience, I was unable to enjoy my drink.

This is a lovely neighborhood restaurant with a clean atmosphere and friendly staff. It could benefit from additional seating, if possible. While the menu is somewhat limited, the available options are definitely worth trying. Overall, it’s a great place!

The food and drinks were delicious! I visited this place to treat my neighbor and ordered two iced chocolate coffees and a hot coffee for my cousin, along with some doughnut balls, a bagel, and a lemon muffin. Everything was incredibly tasty, and the total came to around $26 for all of us. I would definitely choose this spot for my daily coffee and breakfast if I could!

Nice staff good food, Fast when they are staffed but the do the best they can when under staff

If I could leave zero stars here, I would. I have been here a couple of times to grab coffee before studying. However, outside of the mediocre, poorly crafted, and half-filled coffee, there has been the horrible treatment of people of color, threatening to call the police on black law students! I don't feel comfortable supporting any establishment that is so bigoted, and I will no longer do so.
