I visited for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Two lovely ladies were working and provided excellent service. I really enjoyed my cappuccino blasts. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

The sundae I had was delicious! I wanted to try a shake, but after I asked the customer before me how the chocolate chip shake was, she said it was fantastic. However, the cashier informed both of us that the shake isn't promoted because it hurts their wrist to make it. To help the cashier out, I decided to just try a sundae instead!

I've visited many ice cream shops, but whenever I’m in the area, I always stop by for a three-scoop banana split. They prepare it just the way I like it, and it tastes great. The staff is friendly, and both the bathroom and seating area are clean.

I am extremely frustrated because they sent me a nut fudge ice cream cake instead of what I ordered. I specifically requested fudge with the crunch in the middle—that's all I wanted. When I cut into the cake, I found no crunch at all, just ice cream and cake. This is disappointing, especially since my children don’t eat nuts, and now I have a whole cake that I will likely have to throw away. I understand why people get so upset that they would go back to the store and confront the staff. Then they hear there are no refunds and nothing can be done.

I ordered the unicorn cake for my baby from a very friendly lady. She noticed that we weren't happy with the cakes in the fridge, so she went to the kitchen and found one that we absolutely loved. Thank you so much!
