Arby's - Cleveland

Overall my visit was ok the drive through was fast and very friendly but that new hamburger it was ok but it wasn't done in the middle and I ordered it with no tomato and they put it on there anyway which I had to take it apart to remove the two slices of tomatoes from the hamburger which messed up the taste of the hamburger. I do not like tomatoes and to me it ruined the taste of my hamburger after removing the slices

Just a quick run in and out. My brief inspection looked fine. Roast Beef sandwich was a Genuine Original ARB Sandwich,that's all I had. Store appeared clean and well staffed.Food: 4/5

Always LOVE going to Arby's and having the Roast Beef and curly fried smothered, covered and drenched in Arby's sauce and horseradish sauce. YUM YUM YUMMY!!!Food: 5/5

If you are looking for a place to spend money ordering food and not get what you order, this is the perfect place.Without fail, this Arby's location has left something out of an order every time I go to this place. I love their food, but it seems like in 9 years of me going to this location they could get at least one order 100% right.I mean it is not even anything complicated that I order. For example, if I order a side of cheddar cheese to dip my fries in, they will charge me for it but leave it out. Or if I ask for no mustard on a market fresh sandwich then they will still put mustard on it. Or if I order some apple turnovers then they give me cherry instead.
