Applebee's - Cleveland

The service could have been improved. I felt like our server was judging me because I had just come from work and was still in my Hardee's uniform. My wife and I drove from Ducktown, Tennessee, excited to enjoy a meal here. The food was fantastic, but the server's attitude made us feel quite uncomfortable. Thank you for everything you do.

Excellent food and service! The chicken tenders cooked in garlic parmesan sauce are outstanding—truly the best! If you’re looking for a great server, ask for Emma; she’s fantastic!

I arrived late and was warmly greeted with a smile, and I was served piping hot food! The service was excellent and very prompt!

The server and bartender were excellent! However, our food took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally did, they only brought half of our order. We had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for the rest of it. Considering the restaurant only had about six other tables occupied, they didn't seem to be very busy at all.

The service was outstanding, thanks to our excellent waitress. The food was delicious, and the chef even brought our meals to the table himself. I enjoyed a delightful chicken breast accompanied by broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. My husband ordered the chicken and broccoli fettuccine Alfredo. We couldn't finish everything, so we took the leftovers home and enjoyed them the next day.
