I placed an order for medium extra cheese, pepperoni, and sausage DO NOT CUT!!! and it was on the receipt. because they refused to cut it in SQUARES. When I got home it was cut. I called and spoke to the manager Meech. He looked at the receipt and agreed he saw it on the receipt and offered me $5 off the next purchase. On 9-10, I placed an order for the exact same thing and DO NOT CUT!! the cashier gave me a quote of $18.75. I explained I was offered $5 off my next purchase by the manager Meech via phone. Meech came to the window and I told him about our phone conversation. He hemmed and hawwed, grabbing his beard and scratching his head, saying he can give me $2 or $3 off. I told him that 's not what he said and repeated the previous conversation we had about 3 weeks ago. He said all calls are recorded. I told him I would wait until he listened to it. He refused to go listen to the recording saying no do you know how long that will take? I told him I would wait! He still refused! I told him I still have the receipt, but not with me! He REFUSED to HONOR his word. I told him to forget it and I will NEVER place another order here. I will go somewhere else. I had my grandbaby with me, she was very sad because I promised her some pizza!!! I went to AUGIES PIZZA which was BETTER, CHEAPER, AND CUT IN SQUARES!!!!! Like I requested. IT 'S A DAMN SHAME THAT BLACK PEOPLE HAVE TO GO TO WHITE ESTABLISHMENTS TO GET BETTER SERVICE!!!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Someone joked about it being bad when I walked in. Worse than expected. Learn to talk, say thank you, say have a good day. Jesus. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The red sauce is the worse sauce I have ever tasted on a pizza
I ordered online and was given 50-55 minutes for pickup. I went an hour later and waited 12 minutes to be acknowledged at the window, then was told it would be another hour because the oven broke. Of course, I asked for a refund but was not given any paperwork to support them in canceling the order. They said to check my statement in 3-5 days, but of course it didn't show up on the statement. I'm calling them today, which is 3 business days later to see what they say. It's so frustrating trying to support your own in your community.
