Mastro Andrea always creates new masterpieces... especially those with yellow and red cherry tomatoes with burrata and fresh basil is the TOP!!! I recommend it to everyone even for those with children like me... the place is quiet and welcoming with a playground for children between 0 and 99 years.
The pizza from Naples has moved to Cles. The owner has traveled to the holy places of pizza to learn their secrets and leave his brand. Great idea. Best with all the pizzas. The place is clean. To stop a quick snack. Good boy.
Best Pizza in Cles, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT Hat Flamingo, Giardenio and Pizza Grande tried. I make sourdough bread and pizza at home and the results here want to see that I emulsify them. I get used to eating sourdough pizza in Franca Manca in London, and the pizza we had here would blow it out of the field. Local friend who suffers gluten intolerance was also impressed when she tries a disc and no intolerance. The pizza here is SIMPLY THE BEST and not just different. It was only regret that we went back on Tuesday and it was closed. Everyone deserves a rest day including the sourdough.
It often happens to go to this pizzeria by the slice, sometimes for pizzas and on Fridays for the beloved arancini. I never leave disappointed, the pizza is sought after and there is always an air of novelty in the place. The staff is polite and smiling! Absolutely recommend!
