Rhino Steakhouse - Clervaux

We waited over an hour and a half for our food and watched people who showed up half an hour after us get served. When we asked they just said it would be out. They weren’t that busy. No apologies. Nothing. Afterwards, some of the staff was seen laughing at how an order could be missed and there was nothing they could do. This exchange was insult to injury. Otherwise, the food was subpar. It was not worth the wait.

Extreme hot summer evening. Good place being outdoors. Quality of the food is ok, but not great. Therefore, one could discuss price quality balance.

I orderd 2 chicken burgers and a planche de charcuterie to pick up. The burgers were soaked in the sauce which made them taste like corinader burgers, while after making it clear on the phone that I needed bread to eat with 26€ worth of charcuterie, they forgot to add it. Overall definitely not worth the price thay charge for the quality of the food.

Lovely place to eat, good prices and helpful waiters who speak lots of different languages!

Outstanding pizza and service and my family felt very safe with the Covid precautions. We will return ! Merci!
