Papa John's Pizza - Clermont

Pizza was good. Could have used more sauce than what was on it. In the one pizza we could see the dough because there was no sauce or cheese. Prices were higher than we were used to but that happens in Florida vs Ohio

I realize this is just a pizza place, but watching them work is truly impressive! I've never witnessed such a well-coordinated team of 8 to 10 employees efficiently taking orders and delivering high-quality food at such a rapid pace!

We ordered two large pizzas and three different types of wings: garlic parmesan, BBQ, and buffalo. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the buffalo wings and instead got an extra order of garlic parmesan. Some of the kids really enjoy buffalo wings, so I called the restaurant to address the issue. First, I want to mention that both the pizza and wings were really delicious. However, when they sent the replacement wings, they were BBQ instead of buffalo. I'm just confused because we ordered online and the box clearly indicated buffalo. What’s going on? I'm giving three stars solely for the quality of the food.

Good pizza, but the two girls that answer the phones and take orders have ZERO phone skills and do not know how to speak to customers. One of the girls barely speaks a coherent sentence and moves like a turtle. Do better Papa John!

I ordered a mushroom pizza for carryout, but instead received a cheese pizza with stuffed crust! When I called to complain, the girl I spoke with said they would deliver a new one in about 70 minutes. She didn't even apologize for the mistake! After 30 minutes, I called to check on the status of my reorder, and this time I spoke to a guy who told me there was no order placed for me at all! I was extremely frustrated at this point. Now I have to wait another 30 minutes for the pizza that I should have received in the first place!
