Must see site on any bourbon tour. Beautiful grounds that are always improving. Great tasting experience. Bus handled the hills so we did not have to lift a finger. Rich history lesson on a business that has been around over an century.

Very nice stop just south of Louisville. Nice area with gift shop tastings and a restaurant. We did the family tasting. It was good but not much for $20. You can also get some unique bourbon here

You truly feel like you’re standing on the foundations of Kentucky history. First distillery I’ve ever toured, and it did not disappoint. Mark’s tour was a good time; you could tell he enjoyed what he did for sure! Learned about angel’s share, which makes sense as to how the moonshiners were caught back in the day! Was able to put my thumbprint on a newly waxed bottle of Knob Creek which will be a collector item of mine for years! Such a fun time!

Amazing tour! This was one of our favorite tours on the Bourbon Trail. Our guide was very informative and entertaining. The tour takes you behind the scenes of their state of the art facility and provides so much insight into their history and their bourbon making process. We had the opportunity to bottle our own Barrel Proof Knob Creek and the tour was followed by a traditional tasting of their products. They have a very large gift shop selection in addition to an on-site restaurant. We didn't get an opportunity to eat at the restaurant but we heard great things about it and we look forward to trying it on our next trip. Following our tour, we were able to purchase a Lineage bottle, however they did not have any other allocated bottles available. The staff advised they frequently put out other allocated bottles at random times throughout the day. I highly recommend stopping by the distillery. You won't be disappointed.

This was an amazing experience! We arrived about 30 minutes before our tour started, which gave us some time to explore the gift shop. The tour commenced promptly at 10:00 AM, and our guide, Courtney, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, witty, and often quite funny, making the tour enjoyable. Even though we playfully questioned her credibility midway through the tour (you'll understand the inside joke if you go!), it only added to the fun. The bourbon tasting at the end was both interesting and informative, featuring four different bourbons, each with its own unique characteristics. I definitely give this place a solid 5 out of 5!
