I ordered two 10-piece boneless buffalo wings and one 5-piece BBQ, along with two large beverages—one Coke and one Diet Coke. Unfortunately, the Diet Coke was flat. The wings were only half fried, and some pieces tasted frozen. I waited over 22 minutes for my order. This was my first experience with your restaurant in Tampa, and I was really looking forward to it, but I’m very disappointed.

This place is an absolute disaster. I ordered an XL lover fry, and it took 30 minutes to receive it. There were only two employees working—one taking orders and the other in the kitchen—and that just wasn’t enough to handle the demand. Waiting 30 minutes for French fries is completely unacceptable. I definitely won't be returning.

Long-west fast food EVER. We ordered at 12:41 and got our food only after 1:00. The people who were with us ordered right after us and we all did not go with our food until 1:15. Over 30 minutes for fast food. Strange.

Wait at least ten minutes. After I finally ordered, they waited fifteen minutes after I had ordered to tell me they didn't have the bread for my sandwich. After taking something else, I waited 8 minutes. All together I waited 26 minutes. While all this happens, a manager went around with an intermediate shelf instead of actually working.
