I recommend the Trinity shell, pigs bauch, kimchi and tofu. the kimchi is not excessively spicy and has a beautiful tangy taste, the pork bell are small nuggets of joy and the tofu is spiced and adds a wonderful Umami flavor into the dish. a warning when they bring younger children; the rice bowls are hotly thrown and brought to the table on a wooden bowl, so ask them to eat in a cold bowl.
The dazzling rice bowls are the best! I have difficulty trying something else from the menu because I love it too much. I also love her house made kombucha.
The menu is displayed on a chalkboard behind the counter where you place your order, but it can be difficult to read. There isn't much time to study the menu as others are waiting to order. The egg yolk was runny as requested, but the white was overcooked and brown on the bottom. I needed a knife to cut it, but only forks or chopsticks were provided. The two pieces of broccoli in my bowl were crispy but charred on top. There was plenty of rice but not many other ingredients. I was expecting more for the price of $14.00.
I am extremely pleased with the food at this restaurant. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and the Chef is also very friendly.
It is difficult to find a good Korean restaurant in this small town.
