Tropical Grille - Clemson

I was often at this place and always enjoyed it. on the 2nd march we went to the church and arrived at 20:30 a.m. the personal had taken apart the drink machine, the tee was empty and they counted the money in the money drawer. the rice was crispy and undercooked, my son ordered chicken strips and they were cold and undercooked. the personal was very unfriendly. I know everyone has a free day, I will probably give it another shot, but hopefully someone will appeal to the staff and when they open up to 10 o'clock, then be open until 10 o'clock.

At 5:10 a.m., I gave an order for picking up at 18:50 a.m. When I arrived at 19 o'clock, the job was not ready. the personal did not see any urgency in the execution of the order, in which they were mostly only playful with each other behind the theke. I ordered garnel as it was a part of the menu, and a personal said: "That's not me, I do huh." I understand everyone has a roll, but overall it was unprofessional. I waited for almost 20 minutes for my order, that would be only about 30 minutes that was requested to order. I don’t expect much, maybe just a “I’m sorry” or some hurry to do it. I have been going to tropical grill for over a decade in greenville and I am shocked in the service in clemson.

The place was clean, and the service was prompt. the prices were upset. just five dollars more than the other places I visited in the upstate. also the rice was crispy. I had to pay extra to replace reis that was crispy. cool. cool cool cool.

Today I experienced awesome drive thru service. The young lady was bubly smiling and polite. I will go here again. Oh yeah the food hot and very tasteful.

After 5 visits, still consistently good food. One of the best spots in Clemson and a great location to help eat a little lighter and healthier.
