Wendy's - Clegg

Corporate: the staff that is working currently 6/28/24 at 5:30 pm is atrocious. Two male employees were observed smoking marijuana behind the dumpster in their parking lot. There were 6 cars parked on the side waiting on their food. I ordered online, and the person I was with ordered through the drive-through, and we literally had to repeat the order about 5 times, and we were still asked to repeat the order at the window. The staff was out of it; the service and food were unbelievably ridiculous. Oh and don't even ask how long it took before we got our food. My burger was warm but the bread was soggy and saturated with mayo. The experience was so terrible, I almost felt like it was a joke.

Waited up front at the counter to order for 10 minutes. It appeared that one person was taking orders and preparing foood for the dining room and the other 5 were handling the drive through. The manager was more concerned with the mishandling and waste of the nugget sauce than anything else going on at the time. It was Saturday at lunch time and there was a line inside and a line of cars outside, but it could have been handled better. After that 10 minutes of waiting I took my son and left to go elsewhere.

The worst experience ever... staff is very unprofessional and got mad because they messed up my order as if it was my fault.

Store could be cleaner. Service was ok. Food was ok

Make sure you check that your bag has everything in it. They forgot both my salad dressing and an entire sandwich on order that was just a salad and a sandwich and two water cups.
