Lots of their staff seems to have changed and they're all so nice! Most of them speak Spanish too which is awesome. Tony was my cashier today and he is very knowledgable, humorous, and kind! The staff working at the drink/ food section were quick and nice as well! It also looks like they do a good job with keeping items in the store stocked because everytime I go it's always full and organized. I always get espresso drinks here and they're always delicious and consistent everytime. I'll be continuing to come to this location
They gave us a smaller bag of cheaper chips after losing our order and trying to make us pay for it twice. So mismade food, tried to double charge me, and gave less and worse then promised. Even got rude with us. Save your time, money, and mood. Drive to the next one.
This is the fourth time I stopped in for a strawberry cheesecake smoothie and for some reason this location does not make them anymore. I don't understand it being a supply issue considering all of the wawas surrounding this one serve the strawberry cheesecake smoothie
Never have anyone working to make drinks.. This is the third time in a month I've been to this location and I wanted to try the new drinks they've been advertising. However, they have had no one working to make specialized drinks (shakes, lattes, ice coffee, etc) or sandwiches all three times I've been there. Not going back to this location.
I just want to say that I was helped by someone named Nicole tonight who IS what customer service excellence is all about. I had a question/issue and she handled it with grace and thoughtfulness. She?s the reason I still have faith that there are decent humans in this world. Wawa, don?t go sleepin on Nicole, she?s you?re best customer service store associate hands down. Y?all should give her a pay raise or a promo.
