Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Clearwater

ANNEX I was with other Tropical smoothies and never had a problem until I came to this place. In one of these leaves, an extremely ecstatic taste. That's twice now. Please correct this problem. 62022 Update: went back and had no further problems. 6/14/2022 Earlier, I had the peanut butter pita crunch and it was great. This time the Pita was stale and hard and very difficult to bite or eat. It's over. Where was the peanut butter?

Where do I start? 1) It took 44 minutes to get my food. 2) I ordered a hummus wrap that is likely not to contain meat. Deep and behold, it is full of chickens. 3) I ordered a Caribbean Jerk Wrap and it was sloppy oozing from the wrapping paper What a waste. DONE with this place. Such a healthy option, but no. *I sent an email to the manager of the facility, Danielle Thomas, explaining the situation and how bad the manager also treated it. However, I have not received an answer. I'm not surprised either.

Yummy food (and Smoothies duh) horrrrrrrableee waiting time, we come here a lot and it takes so long to get your food the waiting line takes as long as over 5-20min. Your food tastes good. Personally, I'm not a fan of the packs, but overall good food.

I recently discovered this wonderful place. I love the smoothies. Today I decided to order food. I chose the avocado grilled cheese. I couldn't wait to come home and try. I wonder how it would taste if the avocado was on it.

The guy who took more order had the worst attitude, I don?t even know how he was hired. I?ve worked many customer service jobs and I understand some days you?re exhausted and not feeling it but his attitude was on another level. All I wanted to do was order 3 smoothies for my siblings and every time I named off a smoothie he would say ?is that it?? with an annoyed tone. He handed me my order without even looking at me or saying a word and shut the drive thru window. On top of that, 2 of the smoothies were incorrect. I?ve only gone back once since and they got my order wrong AGAIN. The customer service is horrible.
