I’m conflicted. The pizza was decent but I feel like my opinion could have been more positive if the customer service was just, even, a tiny bit better. I’m not asking for 5 star I’m asking for treating your customers they way you’d like to be treated. I called in because I had a 2 for $20 specialty pizza Groupon. When I said that the women cut me off and said we do that every Thursday Groupon doesn’t matter. Well, it does matter because I already paid Groupon therefore already paid you. But I laughed it off because I choose to use my Groupon voucher on the same day they offer the special anyway. I told her the pizzas I wanted and she told me 15 to 20 minutes. But because of traffic it took me 30 minutes to get there. My wife went in and told give them our name and the lady charged her for the pizza AFTER I told her over the phone about the voucher when I ordered. But again since my wife forgot about the voucher and paid again I just chalked it up as a miscommunication. After the payment was made, the cashier did not say anything to her, she immediately walked off. 10 minutes went by and I texted her and she said the pizza isn’t ready yet. 5 more minutes went by I said it’s been 45 minutes it should be ready. She asked about it and they said they didn’t have our order…they looked and talked to each other for about 10 more minutes before someone said oh maybe it’s in the steamer…..yes, it was in the steamer. 35 minutes after it was scheduled to be done we got our pizza. It was luke warm at best and soggy. The manager pushed it to her forcefully and never acknowledged the mistake or simply apologized. An apology or acknowledgment of the mistake would have made a world of difference. Customer service ruined everything!
We decided to give them a try. We placed an order through DoorDash. They have a pop up in the same building (Mac Daddy 's) our order was late not even close to what we ordered. We ordered: Build your own pasta Jalepeno popper dip Bread bites marinara Country Alfredo The person who rang our order in was named. Kate well, she does not know how to ring in a simple order! Our order does not match the receipt! The dip is not rang in at all yet, we were charged $8.50. The BYO pasta, we ordered bolognese sauce, she rang in creamy marinara. The bread bites are good... that 's about it! The alfredo pasta says it comes with penne noodles, chicken, bacon, mushrooms sweet peas. It had tiny square pieces of fake chicken. That is it! The chicken looked like it came out of a can of chicken noodle soup. You know, those fake chicken pieces in soup... yep... nasty!
The food was excellent. Their house made gluten free crust was great. We tried the Quattro Formaggi (4 cheese) and the Margherita. The flavors were excellent, my only issue was the Margherita was a little runny. The Greek salad was lightly dressed and was good.Nate was on point with his service. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We're in town on vacation. They offered suggestions for activities and provided good conversations. We'd definitely go again.
Used the Groupon, but they didn't know how or what the Groupon was. The server was awkward and asked to see my phone several times. I brought my son to the restroom and heard her talking to the head chef about the Groupon. She waited for me to come out of the bathroom and asked me to show her the Groupon again. She spit on my shoulder while talking and was too close for comfort. The pizza dough was gummy and burnt. The toppings were of of low quality. We don't recommend and will not be back.
