Przekaż informację zwrotnąOur service experience fell short in several ways, including a lack of attention to drink refills, poor communication about unavailable menu items, and a general lack of friendliness. Upon our arrival, we were surprised to find the restaurant completely empty, except for what appeared to be the owner who was also working as an employee. After being seated, we ordered drinks, and were informed that some of them were no longer available, which wasn’t a big issue. We ordered a variety of appetizers; one item was initially missed, but it was made and brought out after we asked. Unfortunately, our drinks remained nearly empty throughout the meal, despite being the only table in the restaurant. Everyone except the children ordered ribeye steaks, and one person opted for a sirloin. However, the sirloin was out of the 10-ounce portion, so that person had to upgrade to the 12-ounce size. We requested all the steaks to be cooked rare. After waiting 40 minutes, the kids’ meals arrived first, which was a smart move. However, my 12-ounce steak arrived burnt at the edges, only about ½ inch thick, and cooked well-done. Next came the 16-ounce ribeye, which was ¾ to 1 inch thick, juicy, and perfectly medium-rare as ordered. Then my husband’s steak, a 14-ounce cooked medium, was also about ½ inch thick, but the lobster tail served alongside was a mere 2 ounces, awkwardly placed on a bed of salad. The last 14-ounce steak we ordered was roughly ¾ inch thick, juicy, but undercooked. Finally, the birthday child’s 16-ounce steak was around ½ inch thick and well done. At this point, it was clear that the 12-ounce steak was overcooked and smaller than expected. When I brought this to the server's attention, he explained that he typically cooks steaks according to what customers prefer, as some people have different interpretations of "temperature." I clarified that medium rare, for me, means a warm, red center, but he just shrugged it off and mentioned there was only one steak left, which was disappointing. There was no apology or reasonable explanation offered beyond that. A table of three arrived around 5:30, and the server’s focus shifted to them. As former waitstaff who would always try to provide good service—even stacking plates to make things easier—we understood that staffing shortages are a reality. However, there is no excuse for the lack of service or communication, especially when we were spending over $20-$30 on what was marketed as premium Wagyu beef that was inconsistently cooked. A simple acknowledgment of the situation, like "We are short-staffed; please bear with me," would have sufficed.
Wow! What a hidden gem! This charming little restaurant exceeded my expectations. The owner was a pleasure to talk to, and the food was incredible! The Portobello appetizers were fantastic, my Ribeye was excellent, and my daughter's ribs were delicious. We'll definitely return in the future. Every penny was worth it!
If you're looking for a great escape and an amazing steak dinner, this restaurant is the perfect choice! From the outside, it resembles a house, which might surprise you, but once you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a lovely dining room with a cozy atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious! We stumbled upon this gem during our road trip, and it was definitely worth our time and money!

Quiet friendly atmosphere with small town country style. Staff was friendly and food was amazing. Very clean and tidy.
