Star Cafe - Clearfield

Mom and pops owned diner that?s been around for a long time. Nice and clean environment with a super friendly staff. Average size menu but has a little bit of everything. Breakfast time can be busy at times.

I wasn?t too excited to go here but my family was getting a procedure done and it was the only decently rated place to go. Entering into the restaurant felt like a Chinese restaurant turned breakfast place. The food was good but the condiments must have been bad. The scones were the best in town. I don?t know if I will be back but I would say if your around I would stop in and try

Overall nothing to write home about. I enjoyed the polite waitress and the semi quite atmosphere however my omlet was overcooked and my hash browns where somewhat bland, 15 dollar total for the meal so all in all I'd say it was completely avarage. If your hungry and it's nearby it beats fastfood.

Staff has always been friendly. The place is very clean and the food is so good! I also like that a person can order from the senior menu, and pay an extra dollar for it, as I like to keep my portions small. Plus, since I've been going, there hasn't been a wait.

Great service, super friendly. Food was fine but average at best. Steak from steak and eggs was in pieces and had a weird game-y taste. Pancakes and scones were great, but hash browns were a bit bland and more of a soft and large shreds. One of my sausage sides was forgotten as well, overall could?ve been better.
