This time I ordered on the line so that my order would be ready for 15 minutes and she would have orange chicken. Go to the car thru and said I have to come. My order sits on the counter when I go, but waits for orange chicken along with 7 other plates. 10-15 minutes. Can this place stay? You know this is a popular product. Get your act together. Definitely not Panda EXPRESS.
Every time I get here, there's a problem. Yeah, we should be open, but we have a shop meeting. So we're not really open only an hour after opening. I'm sorry, no white rice. It will be 20 min. We didn't drink it in a well, just a bottle, but we're out, so we don't have it at all. And the quality of the raised chicken is bad. All Gristle bits are hanging together.
We enjoy the variety of food options here and so far it has always been good. The staff are friendly and that goes far back to me.
Not good. I'm a big fan of Panda Express, family makes me funny because I say it's my favorite restaurant. I have lived the majority of my life in Clinton/West Point. Tried this Panda Express hundreds of times and gave him the advantage of doubt... You just don't know how to cook RICE!!!! It's always raw... Every other panda is great! You just can't cook rice, which is the meal!!!
Came into this location a few times in the last few months and every time the customer service was horrible they rushed me and my children through the line then when asked for Our other items we got eyes rolled at us. But today we went to the drive thru and ordered 6 meals our vegetables were still hard and our chow mien was hard dry and cabbage was hard like a potato I called and spoke with the ACTING MANAGER Ty. And she told me all She could or would do was replace the chow Mien. Then when I told her about the employees attitude she said she didn?t appreciate my attitude um hello I don?t know In what world anyone would be happy or satisfied with the service or food we received. Oh and I didn?t mention we also waited for ?FRESH FOOD?. Then Ty continued to argue with me as a person who works customer service and with people this was very disappointing and sad. So now I wait to hear from the REAL MANAGER TOMORROW. never will I spend my money here again.
