Wtf Burger Fries - Clearbrook

There was an error in ordering our food, the order was cancelled because of an incorrect address, the order was rectified and placed at 10:15pm and the restaurant closes at 11pm. Our courier picked up our order at around 10 after 11 after we recieved several messages saying the restaurant was taking some extra time to complete our order after pick-up the delivery time was very quick. The lateness of our order was not the issue and totally understandable, the quality was terrible, the fries were cold and tasted re-heated. The burgers were cold and tasted re-heated aswell. The tomato was sliced so thin you could see completely through it and the lettuce was so old and soggy it was translucent. I don 't know what the quality is like during peak hours but if it 's anything like it was when we got it I sure as hell do not recommend paying the exorbitant amount of money they charge for these terrible food items...

My partner and I decided to give them a try as first time we ordered in and food was cold and items were missing. Phoned into place complaining duty manager apologized and offered us a $25 dine in credit. Tonight we went in and offer wasn't honoured instead recieved only $17.75 credit and mushroom soup was oily and very little mushrooms actually in it. Beef dips were average but acceptable and bottle of wine. Total $60.23. Service not great three different servers and i had to ask for utensils soup offered without them. Dining area outside noisy on busy road and inside gloomy and dark barely see walking through. I will not return again 4.5/10

Decent place but cops are Literally watching the parking lot for patrons to leave and then pulling them over beware

My husband and I went here for happy hour on a Monday evening. $15 for a happy hour burger seemed like a lot. It was an OK burger. Better than a drive in burger but not by much. My husband's drink was weak. My martini was not the best. Happy hour beers did not include any IPAs. The bright spot was the kettle chips that came with the burger. They were seasoned perfectly and were not at all greasy. Not sure we will go back.

Great place, great food,service was great, good tunes, enjoyed in a relaxing establishment, can't wait to see u again.
