The staff did not take my order within 15m at the speaker, all I wanted was my frosty man
We ordered at 5:30. We were immediately pulled up so their drive thru times could be spared. We ended up behind a truck that was already pulled. Multiple times an employee would come out and bring us the wrong order. They finally asked for our receipt which we gave them. We waited 15 more minutes and still didn’t have an update. We went inside and requested a refund, just to have the food magically handed to us at that time. I’ve worked at this Wendys in the past for several years. It sucks when you’re short staffed. But some level-headedness and delegation of duties would save yourself a lot of stress. Nobody seemed to know what was going on.Oh. And after getting home and going through all of the food more closely. The chili cheese fries were just chili fries.The onion on the Single was smaller than a penny.The lettuce was tiny.And the large fry was laughable.Just close the place until you get capable staff if this is the service.
Ordered online to pick up by 2:10, giving them an extra 15 mins as I showed up at 2:25 needing the food to feed to my son after school. They did not have it ready so I had to leave to pick up my son from headstart, got back at 2:40 and was just then bagging it and had to get my drink ready. Food was horrible, cold and old. Dude making the food moved as slow as a snail, no customer service, not really working. Awful location, will nv go there again for sure
Just a disappointment. Fries were very dark and not hot. Chicken sand was ok. Normally, all Wendy's do a great job. This one just wasn't on point for the day I guess.
