The Capital Grille - Clayton

What a fantastic dining experience! We kicked things off with appetizers: the calamari, which was the best I've ever had, and tuna tartare that was delicious. Our waiter, Jason, suggested the beet salad, and it did not disappoint—it was incredible! For the main course, we enjoyed beef tenderloin and a perfectly boiled lobster tail. Since it was my birthday, we concluded the evening with a birthday dessert of crème brûlée cheesecake and espresso chocolate cake. The thoughtful touches, like confetti on the table and a birthday card signed by the staff, made it even more special. We will definitely be back!

I've dined multiple times at the Capital Grille in Charlotte, NC, and I just discovered that this new location opened this week. I had no idea! The ambiance, service, and food were all exceptional. I highly recommend trying the Calamari and Cast Iron Shrimp as appetizers. For my main course, I had the 10oz Filet Oscar, which was cooked to perfection, and the Lobster Mac n Cheese was absolutely delightful. You should eat there as soon as possible! We had an incredible experience during our first visit, and I highly recommend it to all steak lovers. The service was flawless, and the food was outstanding. As a special touch for our occasion, they even treated us to champagne and strawberries for dessert. You won't be disappointed!

Exceptional service and hospitality. Plus great food. The Lobster Salad is excellent. Lobster bisque with sherry poured on top oh mine. You should try. There is already a chain 56 or 57 restaurants, so there is no learning curve. They stole managers from 801 Chop amd 801 seafood among other places, so there are no inexperienced employees.

We were there for a company celebration and our waiter Garrick took great care of us. The experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. Would highly recommend!!
