I was trying to order and i got kicked out because they didn't like my clothes and it was a 15-16 year old with a old south (good old boys) hat that kicked me out and they wouldn't tell me why i couldn't order

Love Pelicans generally but tonight was a major disappointment. Started with standing in line for half an hour then being told they weren't taking cards and were cash only, thankfully we had cash (but a couple behind us did not and had to leave after waiting that long because no announcement was made to the line). Line wasn't even that long, it was just taking forever to make snowcones. Every order the employees had to run back to the building to get something, whether it be syrup or ice????. Then we FINALLY get our snow cones and after the top about inch and a half or 2 inches of ice, there was NO SYRUP. waited that long and paid 5 bucks for a cup of literal plain ice. Beyond frustrated.

Always a friendly encounter. It?s that time of year, the wait is long but the kids enjoy the snow cones and the playground. A fun experience for everyone.
