She then suggested that I purchase another pizza instead of correcting the mistake. Some individuals should not be in positions of authority.
I ordered a pizza for delivery that arrived an hour late. I called multiple times to check on the status and was put on hold indefinitely. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and cost $43, including a $6 delivery fee. I placed the order at 3:00, expecting a 5:30 delivery, but it didn't arrive until 6:39. They could have let me know it couldn't be delivered and I would have picked it up instead. By the time I received it, it was already cold. Papa John's used to have great pizza, but it seems the quality has declined. The crust tasted prefabricated and was dried out.
My order was delayed by an hour. I can't tolerate such poor service. I will never order from them again!
We had a really big job for the work and the employee went beyond and beyond to make sure our order was fulfilled and ready when we arrived. everyone was satisfied with eating and we cannot thank them enough to work with us to achieve this.
I met the new GM personally this evening and he was very pleasant as well as his staff. I can tell he cares about quality service.
