Service slow. Burgers are just not good: buns doughy meat is dry with no flavor ! Enjoyed the Blizzard okay, my pineapple sundae had NO Walnuts..so got pecans, which were not good: tasted old, chewy in thin watery syrup !

The snickers in my Snickers Brownie Blizzard was stale. My daughter's MM blizzard was 95% ice cream, 5% MMs. No drive thru. Dining Room was closed....at dinner time....on a Saturday.

I think I just had the worst Blizzard experience of my life here. Please don't serve ice cream if the machine isn't functioning properly. My Blizzard was mostly liquid and was only three-quarters full. They didn't even flip it when it was handed to me. When I requested that it be flipped, the teenager went to get the manager, who rolled her eyes at me and flipped the cup, almost causing it to spill. I didn’t order a milkshake!

The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional. While some items on the menu are a bit on the pricey side for what you receive, that seems to be common these days. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return!

I had planned to visit the Clayton DQ tonight. According to their posted hours, they close at 7 PM. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, only to find the front door locked. The customers inside informed me through the glass that the staff wanted to close early. This was quite frustrating! If you want to close earlier, you should update your hours rather than just shutting down before the scheduled time. This is not a good business practice.
