We were frustrated by how small the plates were for the pancakes. If you put syrup on them it will spill over the sides making a mess over the table. We weren't offered any water to drink either. The least favorite food item was the sausage links which were thin and way too much pepper. The place wasn't very clean either. The floors were extremely sticky, especially in the bathroom and trash was all over the bathroom. Overall it was a below average dining experience.
I had breakfast with my family Sunday morning and it was absolutely fabulous. The food was delicious; I got the Reese?s peanut butter pancakes with hashbrowns, over easy eggs, and sausage. The food was delicious and the staff was so nice. Barely had to wait, getting there early is key to the best service!
I have been here couple times, it is definitely improved since my last visit. Honestly, this time I would say everything was perfect. Food was delicious, and I did not wait too much for my order.
I visited this location for the first time Sunday, 7/10/22. When we arrived the manager on duty, Tom, was at the desk. Very pleasant attitude and genuine presence. We were seated immediately, he cleaned our table and made sure we had a server attend to us before our actual server arrived. Our actual server, Paige, was amazing. Our entire order was correct, she stopped by to check in on us a few times and the food was Great, no complaints. If you haven't visited this I-hop most recently, please do. You can see that the issue when the restaurant first started, about a year ago, was mainly due to poor management and that has changed drastically since then. Also, for the people you see complaining about wait times, please understand that restaurants do have wait times. This is one of the smaller I-hops I've been to in recent years so expect to have to wait 30 -40 minutes on a busy weekend when they can only accommodate so many at once. This is one of the only breakfast spots in a large suburban area close to shopping centers and seeing that breakfast times for most people only revolve around 3 hours at best, the wait time is pretty accurate. Great restaurant, I will be back, thanks to Tom and Paige.
We were the first customers on a Tuesday morning. Staff, including our server, Heather, were very friendly. I don't know if Heather didn't hear me, but twice she brought me things I specifically asked not be brought. No biggie. It was a pleasant enough experience. The food was good.
