The woman at the drive through handed me my food and acted like I wasn't even there. Got home and took a 2 bites out of my food before I realized it was raw. That's pretty bad considering how processed the food is. Go some where eles, these ppl aren't trained right or they don't care

Ordered a meal with small cheeseburgers, no condiments were added at all, asked for unsweetened tea received sweet tea, wanted onion rings instead of fries they were cooked in old grease. The staff apparently doesn’t pay attention to what the customers order. Very nasty and was disappointed. Will not be back.

Food is typical White Castle: tiny burgers steamed with onions and crinkle-cut fries.. Service is friendly. I recommend using the app, as it'll save some ducats and time. The only real negative is that the line is a slow mover, so if you're looking for truly fast food, maybe try during off-peak hours.
