Steak 'n Shake - Clarksville

Ordered feed and shake for pick up. wait 50 minutes. shakes were 30 minutes before eating. asked several times after ordering. keep saying it was the next one, and finally asked for manager. she pretended she was horrified that I was angry. that was just outside. probably it won't come back soon.

I had not been to steak and shake since 2017 until I came today. They can no longer take orders at tables due to the corns virus but the service was still amazing and the employees were super kind. Covid friendly. The staff where masks at all times. Come to steak and shake! ??

Very disappointed in the menu choices. The ordering from a kiosk has changed the diner feel to a cheap fast food joint. There are only burger and hot dog options and I can 't eat either. No chili cheese fries.. no chicken..

Have converted to automated ordering for dine in. Fries was warm but over cooked. Service was slow due to more attention being given to drive thru. Milk shake ordered come put a solid 5 minutes before the rest of the order. Was clean.

The food was great! I was my first time ordering food through a kiosk...so... I did not get all i wanted in the burgers. My fault..best fries and onion rings in town
