Starbucks - Clarksville

The worst Starbucks in Clarksville, without a doubt. The service is incredibly slow, and there's always a mistake in my order whenever I visit. It's truly the worst experience.

During our many visits to this restaurant, this was by far the slowest drive-thru experience we've had. As you can see, about a quarter of my cup was filled with foam! When we reached the window, the cashier was chewing gum and seemed rather inattentive. Given this service, it's unlikely that we'll return to this location. However, I must say the food was excellent, earning a 5/5 rating!

I recommend you double the estimated preparation time listed in their app for online orders. Don’t expect your online order to be prepared simultaneously either. I ordered two coffees, but they were made after five other orders. The food tends to arrive first, so you’ll end up enjoying your cold meal alongside your coffee.

Tasteless chai latte I ever had. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I have to tell the truth. I had good chai at others Starbucks locations. Feels like I waste my money ? Some of the staff seems to be mad.

Ordered a hot coffee drink, 15 minutes later, an iced drink was put in the pickup area and my name was called.7 minutes later, I was on my way.That must be what the $1 tip was for.
