Starbucks - Clarksville

This is the most pretentious Starbucks I've ever visited. Even when it's a quiet Sunday afternoon at 3:40 pm with nobody in the parking lot or drive-thru, they still insist that you must place a mobile order 45 minutes in advance, or you'll be treated poorly. It feels like they genuinely enjoy being unkind to customers. When I placed my order just 7 minutes prior, they informed me, "We just received your order, so it's going to take a little longer, but you can pull up in the meantime." No matter if I order 15, 7, or even just 4 minutes ahead, they always try to make me feel guilty about it.

The location is quite bustling, and ordering ahead is a fantastic option. There are also plenty of drink choices available for those who don’t drink coffee.

I always have a great experience at this place! The baristas are wonderful, providing consistently positive customer service. Even if there’s a wait, they don’t just leave you hanging at the window—they engage in friendly conversation! I really appreciate that!

The employees always seem to be very happy there, which makes people want to come back. My wife came up with some crazy drinks she seen on tiktok and the employee could have said no we don't make those, instead she said if you tell me what's in it I will make it for you. The drinks are always really good and customer service is an A+.

Great coffee at an extreme price. May have to sacrifice a kid or two, but you be the judge on if it's worth it. Staff and service was quick and friendly. Inside was clean and well kept. Has a display up with different cups and coffee you can purchase if you wish as well. I don't go all the time, however a treat here and there for my wife and I is nice.
