Sonic Drive-in - Clarksville

This visit we got our order wrong, then one of the employees was fairly unhappy to have to replace the item, but she replaced it nonetheless. Overall it was good. But their attitude is why I gave it one less star than usual.

I prefer this sound over the rest. I'm pregnant for 8 months and bless the ice as I do in my first 2 pregnancies, so I often go. Your ice machine seems to be the cleanest. The ice tastes better from here and I think you grow up, I think of ice from the other places. Staff are always friendly and my order is usually always correct and they're quick to fix if it's 't.

Avoid this place if possible. The kitchen can be fully equipped; but they seem to choose and choose which orders to complete and send out. I've been waiting for drinks over 30 minutes or more, more than one occasion. Many vehicles that arrived long after the order received a large amount and left. (They could have been mobile orders, but not several vehicles parked and run through).

After a LONG day we are hungry (group of 6 of us). Decided Sonic was a great option for a late night Chow below! Jason and Britney were also happy to help us even if it was 15 minutes before their closure! Thank you.

This is a good Sonic, not trying to say it's not but I did have to get them to fix my order properly and they did and I waited and the food was great. So I know that if something is ever wrong with my order I know they will correct it in a reasonable amount of time and I as well as my family are very happy and satisfied. There it is, if it wasn't for the mistake is why they do not get five stars from me. Hope this helps ? Have a wonderful day folks, stay blessed
