Smokin' Frank's Bbq - Clarksville

I have some brisket and sausage for dinner, probably the best brisket I had in Louisville, the sausage was also good. Good bark on the brisk and good smoke too.

At first I have to say that the people of Smokin' Frank are the best caterers I've ever worked with. They love what they do and it shows in their professionalism, excellence of service and quality of food. I married at the end of April and had it. They not only ensured that I had the best catering experience, but they went beyond and beyond; easily in step where I needed help in other non-food aspects of my wedding. They saw the smallest details from their way to get small covers for my new man and my plates to keep our food warm during the pictures. (We had a buffet and I didn't want to let our guests wait for food while we made pictures. At the same time, I was afraid everything was gone before we were done. This seemingly small thing relieved so much stress for me. Your BBQ is literally some of the best I had, and the Mac and the Cheese are from this world. If you get a few, make sure you want more.

This guy is amazing what he does. One of the best grilled areas. I can't wait until you get your store, it'll be great. I worked at the casino and handed this guy every day to go to work, and today I finally stopped and got some pulled pork and turkey ribs. This is the first time I had turkey ribs and it's the best turkey I've ever eaten down my hands. If you ever get through this guy on the main road in New Albany you have to stop and get some food, it's amazing!!

This is the best place for BBQ! Your bride is to die and the sides are delicious! Please make the trip to Clarksville and get a delicious barbecue!

Finally got to try some of your fantastic food today!! One word—delicious!! Cannot wait to come back to try other things on the menu! I said I wasn’t very hungry, so only tried the smoked sausage and a side of corn today, but it was so amazing! Can’t wait to try everything else!
