Panera Bread - Clarksville

In my experience, DoorDash is the least reliable service, yet it's the default option when you order directly through Panera. Uber Eats, on the other hand, is much better and is easier to handle when problems arise. I've had no trouble getting refunds for missing items on the Uber app with just a few clicks. With DoorDash, though, I often find myself waiting on hold to talk to someone on the other side of the world, dealing with poor accents and bad connections. Panera seems to want to distance itself from complaints and shifts the blame onto the delivery company, even when it's clear that they’re at fault for missing items. The food has always been enjoyable, which is the only reason this review earned a star.

It might have just been an off day since it was my first time at this location, but they were out of hazelnut coffee by 10 a.m. The other two pots were empty, and the soda fountain had created a puddle all over the floor in front of the dispenser. The restroom was not clean, either. I was hoping to spend an hour working there, but despite there being plenty of tables, only one had an outlet. Overall, it wasn't the best experience for a breakfast visit at Panera.

The quality of service here has really gone downhill! It seems like they don’t pay much attention to how the food is prepared. As for the staff in the drive-thru, I’m not sure where they find them, but a simple greeting and thank you would go a long way. Some training in customer service would definitely benefit them all!

Went in, just to get a free brownie for my Wife's birthday and I wished I would have gotten the lady's name. She made me feel exceptionally special, even when just getting a free brownie! I'll definitely be going back as a paid customer!

Horrible experience. I was so used to the fun atmosphere. We literally had to touch everything to order(touch screen), condiments, cups and salad dressing. Couldn't find anything! Very disappointed. This is the one in Clarksville, TN. Croutons stale, baked goods tasted old.
