Mission Bbq - Clarksville

Very good brisket with a smokey taste that was just about right and damp. The turkey was also delicious and smokey and a bit on the dryness side, but this is to be expected for turkey as it is very lean. The broccoli, rosin and bacon salad was actually very tasty and although the photo shows that the cup was not filled, I had already eaten some and it was quite full when I received it. My only complaint was that country music was louder in the background than it should be. I think it should have been really more like background music, but it was much louder than that, although to be fair, I went to an off-time and was the only person there. If you're looking for a good grill, you can't go wrong on mission. I couldn't help but remember how friendly the people worked there and how nice I was treated.

We had the best catering experience with mission BBQ for my son and his fiancé wedding sample dinner tonight! Thanks to our wonderful hostesses Nikki with a “l” and Cathy with a “C” for their attention to detail and hospitality!

Delicious meat! Very intelligent, so that you choose your sauce at the tables, allows a chance to explore the flavors more. Cool, old glass bottle sodas available for purchase. Flavors were bright and varied. Customer service was excellent! Will come back soon!

Mission BBQ catered our daughters wedding. The setup was well done and on time. The food was delicious and the servers were friendly and professional. After service, they packaged all leftovers, including a separate carryout for the bride and groom along with a $50 gift card. I would definitely use them again.
