The shopman is unstable and should not work with people! You're back in a roll for the 7th time! I'm a single mother and usually drive you through the city to get food in the other crockery because that's how terrible they are in this store. Well, once again, they screwed up order and had to let it in again. Now it went from $42 to $69 and they thought not to stop and ask why it almost doubled in price. So they took it on them to calculate my card for $70. I tell them I don't want it, and the lady just packed it in my car and literally ran away. I'm going to the fight, and the lady who unpacked my food goes by and starts to say what I mean. One that's sticky. 2 the anger was worse than her. He'll tell me, no, I can't get my money back and say go before I call the cops. I'm pretty sure they were just lazy to give up food. It's really sad that they're running these croats. I'll take my money, where and tell family and friends. So I hope Kroger is happy to lose thousands of dollars a year from me. I have four hungry children eating food. So sad that he would tear a single mother off. Shame on him. And I won't stop until he's spoken. Apparently, when I called Jeff Store to talk to the anger, he did it all the time. Doesn't shock me that he was a quack and honestly scared me to death.
Good shop and have lots of fresh items. I like this layout compared to other Krogers in the area. You seem to have a little more choice, then some of the other shops. The food sector and products always seem fresh and good. I think they take care of the production area very well. The people working there always smile and help. This included some of the warehouse personnel. It always seems ready to help you if you are looking for something. One thing I wish is if you are looking for a product, it will tell you the location how some other local stores have started. I think they think you could buy less if you know where it is, but if I have more time, I browse more and probably more, imho.
This may sound like I'm the bad guy but imagine having a whole liquor section and it NEVER being open? Why not open the alcohol section if y'all have one? I just don't understand. Kind of sad if ya ask me, or else y'all would be the best store around but pretty freaking lame lol
Kroger has some of the nicest produce and meats, but I wish they'd open a salad bar, there is room to do so, and I know people would purchase salads for lunch and a quick dinner, especially in the summer time. There are no salad bars in any grocery stores in BG and there should be....store is clean, and they do have a lot of different products, love their shaved beef for cheese steaks, always buy our Christmas Prime Rib here...I just love the store.
