Kisoro Sushi Steak - Clarksville

This restaurant has a certain charm that transports you to Asia, with its authentic atmosphere and decor. However, this charm diminishes when it comes to the quality of the food. Some of the dishes had flavors that felt off, and the quality of the ingredients left something to be desired. The service was satisfactory; there was a gentleman who skillfully managed the dishes, handled takeout orders, and checked in on customers, and he appeared to be very kind. On the other hand, the server seemed stressed and was having a tough day. Overall, the place has a unique character and a welcoming vibe, so perhaps I just visited on an off day. I’d be willing to give it another try!

We decided to stop here on a road trip on a whim, and we were pleasantly surprised. The sushi was delicious, and we had a generous amount of food for two people for under $30. One of the standout features of our visit was the young employee working there. He was charming and definitely shows the potential to be a successful businessman in the future. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 5.

During our travels, we stumbled upon this hidden gem! We decided to try the Sushi Combo Lunch, which includes three rolls (with a limited selection) and a choice of miso soup or salad. We opted for the miso, and it was absolutely delicious. It was a bit salty, which my husband and I enjoy. The prices were fantastic, and the music created a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly, though they could have been a bit more welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

We stopped off to get gas on a long road trip and came across Kisoro and man are we glad we did. I have never seen so much food for the price you pay and it was so fricking delicious. I felt like I needed to be rolled out. Our server was Kristi, she was absolutely so busy, but still so attentive, she helped me with making sure I was getting a gluten free meal, answered all of our other questions. She made sure our drinks were never empty and was always friendly!
