They said it would be 45 minutes I called an hour and 15 minutes later inquiring about my order on 8/17/2024, The manager on staff was rude and nasty when I simply asked about the delay. He cancelled my order. This is the second time this happened with this location. I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager and sis not give me his name. If the order was for myself, I wouldn’t mind so much but the order was for a kids.
First time eating from here, workers were very upset/ rude at the fact that Uber eats and door dash workers were asking where the pick ups were. Back story apparently the system was and still is down, there was no indication that the system was on their website nor the delivery service apps. I’d say get rid of the workers there since obviously they have no customer service experience (18JUL24 around 1900hrs). Alternatively hire new workers that have customer service experience. The manager should consider having a sign for the restaurant and a notification on the website to inform customers that the food delivery service doesn’t work. Then also contact DoorDash and Uber eats to report the issue.

It's very expensive here, but the food is good. The people really nice and friendly.
A unique set of circumstances and some unfortunate issues with the app led me to not getting food here today. I will eventually make it back
