Godfather's Pizza - Clarksville

The last four times I have attempted to order from them have been frustrating. Despite their hours being advertised as 10am to 10pm, when I tried to place an order at 8:30pm, I was told that the ovens were already turned off. I understand that ovens can break down sometimes, but this has been happening every time I try to order, which is ridiculous. It was also difficult to get someone to answer the phone when I called multiple times. To top it off, my order was cancelled only 5 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up, leaving me to drive all the way there for nothing. I do enjoy the food when I am able to get it.

I called multiple times over the course of several days to try to order their delicious cheese sticks, but no one answered the phone. I decided to drive to the restaurant, only to be told that they could only offer me pre-cooked pizza that had been made hours ago - no cheese sticks. It's disheartening when no one seems to care about their job or business. I tried calling other Godfather's locations, but either got no answer or just a buzzing sound. Eventually, I went to 4 Brothers and was satisfied with my experience. Unfortunately, the two girls behind the counter seemed uninterested and there were no other customers. It's a shame.

The restaurant claims to be open 24 hours, but despite calling multiple times after midnight, there was no answer. It is important to advertise accurate information regarding operating hours or not advertise as being open 24 hours at all.

It was disappointing to see that no one seemed to be working or taking pride in their business. I tried calling other locations of the same restaurant but received no answer or just a busy tone. Eventually, I found another location of the restaurant with friendly staff and satisfied my craving. It was sad to see that the two girls behind the counter seemed disinterested and there were no other customers in the restaurant.
